"Talent is Terrific, But Mental Toughness Matters More".

On Saturday March 17 I had a fun time as I unpacked some of the science underpinning persistence and perseverance. These teenagers were avid participants in understanding vital factors that ensure talented people also become high achievers.

It's very important for their wellbeing and success that they appreciate the place of hard work and deliberate practice alongside the talent they are fortunate to have.

Here's a few photos of the 80 teenagers, along with some of their parents, participating in some activities that cement these ideas in place.
