Foresight was established in 1994 to help businesses attract, select, develop and retain talent.

Director Jamie Ford has held senior management positions in training, HR and sales across several industries.

Foresight specialises in public workshops, custom-designed in-house programmes and one-on-one coaching.

We hold the regional licence for the SASQ - the  optimism and resilience assessment tool developed by Martin Seligman, the founder of positive psychology and have an on-going relationship with Foresight Inc. of the United States.

We also use the tools of EQ mapping and profiling, stress mapping and profiling, and DISC behavioural motivation profiling.
